To serve better with all our customers, we provide FREE SHIPPING for all our customers when orders over $50. All orders that less than $50 will be charged lowest cost weight based shipping fees $6.99.

We ship to various countries, if you are unable to place an order please contact us, we will solve the problem for you ASAP.

When will I receive my order?

We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...).

You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has fulfilled.

5-8 Business Days to most EU countries
6-10 Business Days to Australia
6-10 Business Days to the US
6-12 Business Days to Canada

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if we can catch it in time, we will help to update your order. please reach out to info@yioyee.com. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your pay your order, you’ll receive an email, which provides a link to order tracking details. You can also track your order from our site, Order Tracking. Sometimes, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to upgrade tracking information.
